Come solo or gather the family for a delicious night of cooking and connection! In this fun, hands-on class, you’ll learn how to make classic Italian comfort food completely from scratch — starting with fresh, handmade spaghetti. From mixing and kneading the dough to rolling and cutting your noodles, you’ll experience the joy of creating pasta the old‑school way. Then we’ll roll and season our meatballs, letting them simmer until the kitchen fills with that unmistakable “Sunday supper” aroma. Once the pasta and sauce come together, you’ll plate up a hearty, soul‑warming plate of spaghetti and meatballs that tastes even better because you made every part by hand. Perfect for all skill levels to share laughs and create unforgettable memories in the kitchen.
Cancellation Policy
We understand that sometimes class cancellations are necessary. For cancellations made up to 72 hours before the schedule start time of a class, you have two options to consider: - Refund your class fee in full back to the original form of payment -or- - Exchange for a different class that works better with your schedule For cancellations made less than 72 hours before the scheduled start of a class, we are not able to offer any refunds or exchanges. Cancellations or changes can be made by calling 914-755-4178 during normal business hours and speaking directly to a Depot Dave Catering representative. When we cancel a class due to inclement weather, or other circumstances beyond our control (e.g., power outages, facility issues, etc.), we will contact you by email or telephone with as much notice as possible and issue a full refund to the original form of payment. However, if we do not affirmatively cancel a class by email or telephone and you are unable to attend, our standard cancellation policy applies. Please note that Depot Dave Catering reserves the right to modify a class menu at any time due to ingredient availability or seasonality.
